Answers for studio rentals, gear holds, and booking policies.

How do I hold a studio or item?
Add the studio or gear to your cart and send a message through our contact form with your date and time. We confirm holds in writing and keep them for 24 hours pending payment.
What’s the deposit and when is it returned?
Most items require a refundable deposit listed in the catalog. We release deposits within 24 hours after clean return and inspection.
Do I need insurance?
For gear valued over $1,000, we ask for a certificate of insurance or a card pre-authorization equal to the deposit. Studio-only bookings do not require COI.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You may reschedule once at no cost up to 24 hours before start time. Cancellations under 24 hours incur a 50% fee; no-shows are billed in full.
Is there assistance on set?
We offer light support with setup, power, and safety. For full crew assistance, request a studio assistant in advance through the contact page.
What about sound recording?
Our rooms are treated for low noise but not soundproof. For dialogue, we recommend the Blackout Room and a directional mic from our audio category.
How clean is the space between bookings?
We reset each room: floors swept, surfaces wiped, cables coiled, and fresh tape provided. Seamless rolls are cut clean at the end of the day.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes, within city limits for a fee based on distance and load. Add a note at checkout or contact us to arrange timing.
